To enroll or make changes to an IBEW Local 18-sponsored Health or Dental plan, you must go to www.local18bsc.com. You can contact Local 18 Benefit Service Center at (805) BSC-4-L18 or by email at help@local18bsc.com. IBEW Local 18-sponsored plans cannot be updated in Workday
